This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from FrightSpot LLC, including the one-time Featured Listing upgrade.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

If your listing isn't approved

Every submission is reviewed before publication. If your listing is not approved, your Featured Listing fee is refunded in full, regardless of the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Stripe email receipt from the address used at checkout, or contact us at hello@frightspot.com and we'll arrange it for you.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and typically take a few business days.
