The iconic Salem Haunted Happenings Grand Parade kicks off Halloween season on the first Thursday of October. Color, pageantry, music and thousands of costumed Salem students and community members parade through historic downtown Salem. Over 10000 spectators expected. Free and open to all. The traditional nighttime kick-off to Salem's most wonderful month.
